Work with peers in the organization, coordinate and prioritize team activities
by leveraging Agile principles for efficient and manageable team workflow
Provide leadership for a team working in 4 different locations across North
America and assist them with common support of assets across several different
Manage support and licensing agreements, and their impact on OpEx and CapEx
Work with other leadership to maintain a culture that represents our values
Must be a U.S. citizen and be willing and able to obtain U.S. Government
Bachelor's degree in related area. Four additional years of experience may be
substituted for a degree
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience and managing a multi-disciplinary
Experience with budget forecasting and license audits
Understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically frequent, iterative releases
that rely on user feedback to refine features over time
Possess a passion for culture and personal development for team members
Previous experience with large scale licensing agreements (ELAs)
Previous experience managing a distributed team
Basic understanding of hardening systems, working in a STIG/ICD503/CIS
