Job Title: - SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Must speak Dutch

Required Skills:-
*MBA-HR or experience in HR domain
*Good understanding of HR business process (Hire to Retire process) and trends in organization.
*SAP SuccessFactors Certified Employee Central/Time-Off Consultant with valid certificate(Must)
*Atleast 1(one) end-to-end implementation for Employee Central.
*Should possess experience in customer Interaction and requirement gathering workshops.
*Should be able to convert business requirements into technical solution
*Strong experience in SuccessFactors data migration
*Overview of Internal and External integrations in SuccessFactors
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Dutch speaking mandatory.
*Relevant Experience: 5 to 7 years
*SuccessFactors Experience: 2 to 3 years

Nice to have Skills:
*Any additional SuccessFactors module certification.
*Experience in working with Cloud Platform Integration for Employee Central.
*Experience of working with Integration Center.
*Good knowledge on agile methodology.
*Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

*Design, build and configure SuccessFactors applications to meet business process and application requirements in the Hire to Retire process.
*Support testing, rollout and post implementation support for SF module.
*Support incidents; work on change request in agreed stipulated timelines and continuous process improvements
*Setup global and country specific requirements in Employee Central.
*Configure Employee Central Data Models, Succession Data Models, Corporate Data Models, workflows, MDF, configuration of Business Rule, Intelligent services, correspondence emails and Time Off.
*Assist customers in Data Mapping and conversion activities.
*Design Reports using ORD tool in SuccessFactors
*Support 'User Authorizations' using RBP in SuccessFactors
*Setting up home page framework
*Propose alternative solutions or workaround for technical solutions in SuccessFactors
*Co-ordinate and collaborate with location independent agile teams
*Actively participate and collaborate in team meetings and provide effective, concise and timely verbal and written communications to peers, customers and management.
*Connect and collaborate with technical team (Integration and Data migration Team).
*Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors.
*Conduct enablement session on lessons learnt in the current customer landscape for the wider audience
