Exciting career opportunity for a PMO Manager to join a progressive software firm.
You will be responsible for PMO management including definition and maintenance of PMO standards and processes, accountable for team leadership and development, process improvement, clarifying the deliverables of internal and external PMO stakeholders, contribute to the formulation of approved business plans and budgets, maintain documentation and make sure it is accurate, consult and advise project stakeholders, report on projects, training and mentoring, resource management and allocation, remove project roadblocks and challenges, ensure client satisfaction, collaborate with other teams, serve as a resource to project managers, and be an escalation point for all project-related issues.
This is a direct hire position based in Marietta. Excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level. We are working 100% remote now and plan to continue, except for occasional management meetings.
- 2+ years as a PMO Manager
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Experience facilitating meetings and gathering requirements
- Ability to do presentations for external clients
