Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking to recruit for the position of HR Generalist for a project based in Zürich.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with Head of HR on the development and implementation of HR plans and processes, for example coordinating and coaching Leaders on core HR processes including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Salary Review, Short-/Long Term Incentive

  • Act as primary local HR point-of-contact to all business unit leaders effectively ensuring quality and timely delivery of all HR employee life cycle services to meet business needs (execution at times will be through other members of the HR organization)

  • Support the execution of HR initiatives in partnership with unit colleagues

  • Provide advice to Leaders in line with local employment legislation and work with them on employee relations issues as required

  • Maintain HR tools, templates, process documentation and consult Leaders on the application of HR processes, templates and policies


Your profile:



  • Bachelor's degree/Post graduate degree in Human Resources

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in generalist and HR Business Partner roles

  • Previous HR related experience in an international company, multi-cultural environment

  • Broad and deep HR knowledge in transactional, employee relations, benefits and policy topics

  • Skilled in developing HR plans/initiatives and aligning people management practices to support business objectives

  • Broad experience in the entire employee life cycle as per Swiss regulations (from recruitment to exit management, line management and employee consultation, labour law, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, etc.)

  • Business acumen and commercial awareness

  • Highly trustful personality with ability to act as coach/mediator between line managers and employees

  • Openness, flexibility and ability to deal with and communicate change effectively

  • Business communication, negotiating and influencing skills demonstrated by the ability to use a range of different approaches, to persuade others and to gain acceptance of proposals and decisions

  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with cultural sensitivity

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong communication skills


Location: Zürich


Start Date: ASAP (mid-August 2020)


Duration: 6 months contract (with high chance of further contract extension)
