Job Summary:

The Sales Associate's purpose is to provide excellent sales service to prospects, generate leads, coordinate sales, and ensure a high closure rate. Must be personable, a problem-solver, ethical, intelligent, and have a proven excellent sales aptitude. Successful Sales Associates at Ohio Truck Sales continuously maintains excellent working relationships with all customers, always researching with a determination to find solutions by anticipating customer need. Our Sales team members are always working to develop new business, as it is the key to continued growth.


  • Handle incoming calls, digital leads and on-site customer visits
  • Establish and maintain relationships with long-term Ohio Truck Sales customers and new prospects
  • Utilize CRM software (Sales Force; training provided)
  • Create and generate sales opportunities through business development
  • Meet sales goals
  • Answer customer questions quickly and factually
  • Communicate the mechanical condition of the truck of their interest
  • Negotiate with customers
  • Complete all paperwork required to finalize a sale
  • Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help and support others

Skills/Education Required:

  • Proven successful track record in sales and or sales abilities
  • High energy, self-starting, highly motivated, ethical, and able to work with minimal direction
  • Exceptional customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to be a team player


  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year compensation
