Spare Parts Specialist (Chinese speaking)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support service suppliers..
- Coordinate with service supplier about spare parts applying,returning, stocktaking;
- Coordinate with service center and Huawei warehouse about spare part provision lacking and replacing.
- Coordinate with service center and Huawei warehouse about spare part return discrepancy.
- Support service center on service order registering problems, clarify regulations.
- Be responsible for the repair duration/repair quality/repair compliance and customer satisfaction of Huawei service supplier.
- Assist in completing other tasks as an after-sales service team.
- Knowledge and understanding of Switzerland customer care.
- Knowledge of general after sales service process flow.
- Strong responsibility and strong KPI orientation
- Good skills of communication, listening and expressing, maintain good relationship with all customers.
- Computer skills: excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Language skills: Very good written and spoken English, Germany. Better to speak Chinese(Non-mandatory)
- Better to work as after-sales services for Apple, Samsung, and repair supplier.
- University degree; any other further certification or qualification is additional.
