Primary responsibilities include the sourcing and development of
new sales leads in the vertical markets or industries identified by
ContactUS executive leadership; the qualification of assigned
leads; management of new business opportunities, through contract
close and hand off to implementation; continued exploration and
closing on additional revenue streams to facilitate growth with
existing clients.

Essential Duties:
1. Identify and close new opportunities to attain annual sales
quota
2. Understand and articulate ContactUS's key strategic selling
points and value propositions
3. Leverage existing personal networks to identify leads and
sales opportunities
4. Research target companies in key industries as directed, and
identify key decision makers for contact center services and
operations as new sales leads within those companies
5. Follow up on assigned leads provided by ContactUS, including
but not limited to leads generated through online/digital
marketing, and leads generated through attendance at industry and
other networking events
6. Coordinate response efforts to requests for
information/proposals/quotes (i.e. RFI., RFP, RFQ). Manage the
drafts of response documents, working with other ContactUS
departments and staff to gather information needed to populate all
responses; assist to create and format content for final
submission
7. Schedule and host webinar demonstrations, to present a
ContactUS overview and/or demonstrate tools to individuals and
groups
8. Schedule and arrange for site visits: identify all attendees
by name and title; coordinate the agenda with key participants;
coordinate the date, time, location and manage invitations; prepare
presentation materials using approved templates, and manage edits
as directed; act as host / chairperson for the meetings and guide
the agenda and participants accordingly
9. Qualify leads by aligning their needs with specific services
ContactUS offers, disqualify leads as appropriate
10. Collect all data from qualified leads needed to determine
rates; submit proposals on approved templates, updated as necessary
to reflect the scope of work for the opportunity being quoted
11. Discuss pricing strategies internally
12. Assist in the preparation of contracts, from NDAs to master
service agreements and statements of work

Key performance indicators:
1. Sell $3,000,000 in annualized run rate for new sales and/or
growth in your account base

Book 3 webinars per month
Book 2 site visits (or equivalent remote meetings if travel is
restricted) per quarter
Maintain a sales funnel with opportunities active in all
stages, with clear progression of viable opportunities toward
closing

Qualifications:
1. Education: High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree from
accredited university.
2. Work Experience: 3+ years equivalent experience; must have
been able to meet or exceed $3 million in annual sales for
outsourced (BPO) contact center services in prior position
3. Proficient with MS Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint
4. Special Skills:
a. Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in
positive or negative situations; listens and gets
clarification.
b. Written Communication - Writes professional, clear and
concise correspondence with all levels of management using correct
terminology.
c. Teamwork - Contributes to building a positive team
spirit.

COMPLEXITY:
1. Research and recommend prospect companies within designated
industries, based on current market conditions and growth
potential
2. Able to prepare financial models to assist prospects with
total cost of ownership or other budgetary considerations related
to closing a sales opportunity
3. Able to work with the client and ContactUS staff to prepare
staffing models or other similar projections that are foundational
to pricing
4. Negotiate costs and contract terms

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Expected hours of operation follow a standard forty (40) hours
per week; however, the work load is variable and may exceed forty
(40) hours in a given week without prior warning.
Must be able to work nights or weekends based on need.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
