Service Desk Engineer - German English & Dutch Speaking

We are looking for a Service Desk employee (Dutch, English, German fluent) to join a blue chip organisation in Rijswijk.

*This is a 12 month fixed term contract*

*As a Service Desk employee, you are responsible for answering questions about ICT and office automation related questions and problems quickly and correctly
*You can do this by telephone, email or chat
*You answer questions yourself, but you also assess and analyze problems.
*You know how to set priorities and you know how to help the customer through remote desktop.
*In addition, you keep a close eye on the further processing of the tickets
*You are also busy with 2nd and 3rd line work, handling change requests and you contribute to sharing your knowledge through various knowledge databases.

Key Skills
*You are very service-oriented: you like to help people; you can listen and you have an affinity with ICT.
*Your strengths are tact, empathy, flexibility, creativity and independence, but also working in a team
*Requested education/experience
*MBO + working and thinking level (strong analytical skills)
*Work experience on a help desk is an advantage
*Good verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch, English and German language
*ITIL Foundations v3
*In possession of various (relevant) Microsoft certificates
*Knowledge of TopDesk/Remedy/Service Now is an advantage
*Extensive knowledge of: Windows, Network, Exchange, Etc

*A competitive salary between Euros 2,000 and Euros 2,500 gross per month. for a working week of 40 hours (depending on your knowledge and experience)

*Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 on the basis of a shift schedule
