Customer Service Specialist

My client based in East Flanders is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist (fluent in French & Italian) to join their Customer Service team. ASAP start.
- You and your team are in daily contact with retailers from Italy, France.
- You are responsible for answering their telephone calls and emails and actively use the languages ??Italian, French or (English) on a daily basis.
- You are responsible for the input of the orders and their follow-up.
- You provide the correct information about delivery times.
- You know the current collection through and through and provide the necessary advice.
- You handle complaints.
- You are in direct contact with the international sales team for your regions.
- You deal with direct consumer contacts with the necessary flair.
- You have a perfect knowledge of the language combinations Italian, English and French and you can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing.
- You are administratively strong, work in a structured and meticulous manner.
- You are friendly, customer-oriented and have a listening ear.
- You like to phone and can easily handle the flow of phones.
- You are willing to learn to work with our ERP package (M3), our CRM package and you have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
- LOCATION: East Flanders
- DURATION: 5 months +
- START DATE: ASAP
