Khoros is looking for an experienced Director of Talent to lead our Recruiting and HR Operations teams. This key leadership role has the responsibility of leading two teams responsible for talent acquisition and administration of HR systems and programs for the organization. This leader oversees the company's recruiting, compensation, benefits, HRIS as well as other HR Operations programs. This leader will balance the needs of a strategic viewpoint of these programs as well as providing tactical guidance within the different HR functions they manage. In this role, the leader will partner with and work closely with leaders throughout the organization including our finance, payroll, and other HR functional teams.

Some responsibilities include:


Leads the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies that will guarantee the company attracts and hires top talent, utilizing traditional and modern/innovative sources to create a pipeline of qualified candidates
Creates and maintains an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the companys diversity and inclusion strategic plan
Participates in organizational strategic planning and provides leadership with recruiting policy development in alignment with the organization's strategic plan
Partners with Finance and organizational leaders on Khoros' annual hiring plan, ensuring that hiring goals are planned and aligned with organizational priorities

HR Operations:

Plans and executes key HR programs, including timelines and communication plans, to ensure flawless delivery to employees
Oversees the management of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Implements, manages and modifies software utilization based on changing business requirements
Manages and drives improvements in HR programs and processes, applying success metrics for analysis of program effectiveness
Manages HR data and analytics, serving as our people-data expert. Provides data and coaches leaders on the use of people data for decision making
Maintains company compliance in areas including but not limited to GDPR, affirmative action, anti-harassment, and functional audits
Manages Khoros' compensation program, providing periodic review to ensure that employee compensation is competitive to the market


Guides the team who develops strategic health, welfare, and retirement programs that mitigate expenses to the company, ensuring a competitive benefits offering that supports our ability to recruit and retain talent
Oversees the team who leads the research, analysis, revision, design and implementation of employee benefit programs and recommends changes and/or new benefit programs.
In collaboration with our insurance Brokers, conducts appropriate analysis and manages annual renewal of contracts

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organization Development, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience (Master's degree preferred)
Five years of professional experience leading HR teams in a midsize or larger company
Ten years of combined professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits and HR operations
Certified professional in Human Resources, as demonstrated by one of the following certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
