Junior Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1)

New opportunity for a Junior Support Engineer to join a progressive technology company working on cloud business communications.

You will provide Tier 1 technical support to our external customers on Telephony, SIP, and VoIP issues. Duties include onboarding new customers, troubleshooting, replicating defects, collaborating with team members and clients, and process improvement.

Choose from two different EST shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

This is a direct hire position in the Marietta/Battery Park area. We have a 401k, flexible schedule including telecommuting up to 2 days a week after you get established, unlimited PTO, and will be offering stock options in the future.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of professional Telecom or VoIP technical support experience
  • Telecom or VoIP support experience
  • Strong problem solving skills (problem solver and not a script reader)
  • Must be a "Thinker"
  • A passion for customer service and learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
