Success Recruit are currently working with a well-respected independent financial adviser based in central Essex that provide a high-end bespoke service to their clients and due to continued growth are seeking an experienced Paraplanner ideally with office manager capabilities. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent technical ability to support two experienced financial planners with technical administration and the management of client cases. You will need to have strong communication skills and ensure excellent customer service levels are offered at all times to their valued client database. The successful Paraplanner will be expected to: * Minimum requirement: Financial Diploma 4 qualified * Be process driven and able to prioritise a varied workload * Help mentor two trainee’s and oversee their workload * Support two experience IFA’S with the continued growth of the business The successful Paraplanner will be rewarded with: * Joining a highly engaged team environment with vast industry experience * Becoming an integral member of a well-established and growing company * New offices and free parking Job Description You will be working collaboratively with all departments, to provide them with administrative support and act as the go-to person within the office. Duties to include but not limited to: * Produce financial reporting & investment reports * Carry out detailed research in assisting with finding the best products on the market * Assess clients’ needs and articulate appropriate recommendations * Produce suitability reports over a range of areas * Manage time efficiently for IFA’s to have detailed information ready for meetings * Supporting two trainees with daily workload, signing off administration & mentoring This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional who is looking to be an integral team player supporting with the day to day office management and paraplanning transactions. It is a newly created position and would develop long term as the business grows to managing more staff and supporting to a high level the directors. Hours: Monday to Friday – 9AM to 5PM Salary: £30,000 - £40,000+ dependent on experience 7% non-contributory pension based on whole salary Dear Job seeker!
