Paritor Ltd are seeking a recent, or soon to be, graduate from a STEM-based degree with good software knowledge. The software used is cutting edge, delivering web, desktop and app solutions and is written using C#, VB.net, HTML, Blazor, WPF and Xamarin. The graduate in this role will get experience in all these areas together with use of a range of services and tools based on Microsoft Azure including SQL Databases, Web Services and Cognitive services as we introduce AI into our solutions.
Paritor are currently working on a new version of their software which is both international and cross platform and this will allow them to expand at a fast rate over the near future. Successful candidate will therefore be able to share in the excitement and fun of a fast growing company.
Candidates need to demonstrate a capability to learn fast, to research and self-improve. They must be good communicators and good team players who are looking to quickly make a difference in a role. Ideally they will also have strengths in of maths and statistics.

Due to the current circumstances the role will be home based but through use of MS Teams we maintain a high level of communication between all company members. Once the situation has improved the role will be based in the Exeter Offices although Paritor are examining the place of remote working in light of all that has been learnt.

This role is being advertised as part of STEM Graduates into Business, a European Regional Development Funded project delivered by the University of Plymouth Careers Service. Its aim is to increase the number of paid internships available to recent graduates with small and medium sized enterprises based in Devon. Funded until spring 2021, the project should produce 80 internships with 80 separate employers across the county.
By providing support and funding to the SMEs, it is hoped that a cohort of graduate employing SMEs will be created which will continue to employ graduates beyond the life of the project.
