Implementation & Onboarding Analyst

Exciting new opportunity for an Implementation & Onboarding Analyst to join a progressive technology company with innovative contact center solutions.

You will be responsible for the implementation of contact center solutions with our top key external customers. You will work closely with customers to ensure a smooth implementation, gather and understand customer requirements, functional configuration of our software to meet the customer needs using a console, process improvement, and provide support and training during the implementation and onboarding process.

You will be assigned to our top key clients after they sign the agreement, and will own the implementation and onboarding process yourself. Each implementation and onboarding cycle is 60 to 90 days. Most of your time is spent in the 1st week or two. You will be managing approximately 10 to 15 implementations at a time at different stages.

This is a direct hire position in the Marietta/Battery Park area. We have a 401k, flexible schedule including telecommuting up to 2 days a week after you get established, unlimited PTO, and will be offering stock options in the future.


  • 2+ years of contact center or telephony implementation and support experience
  • External client software implementation experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
