Medicaid Solutions Architect/Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Solutions Architect. This individual will have strong experience in a Solution Architect/Project Management role with a development background.
Responsibilities Of The Solutions Architect Include
Facilitate the review of Project technical documents, such as the Technical Infrastructure Plan and Solution Design documents to ensure alignment with State technical standards and guidelines
Assist with and lead development of infrastructure integration and migration plans/schedules
Document performance issues and follow escalation paths as defined in the project plan
Ensure the completeness and clarity of the Solution's technical design
Serve as SME for the MEST technical solution and system design/architecture and prepare documents, (ie, schematics, diagrams) detailing solution as implemented
Monitor progress of technical solution implementation and report to Project Leader
Required Skills/Experience Of The Solutions Architect
Prior experience leading systems integration projects as a Program or Project Manager
5+ years of professional experience developing in .NET or Java (or any other OOP)
Experience in development, testing, and deployment of complex IT system in a multi-tier cloud environment.
Experience in third-party integrations
Prior experience managing projects with Amazon Web Services (AWS
