Lead Evergreen IT Service Designer/Manager (Dublin/Contract)

We have an urgent opening for a contract Evergreen IT Service Manager to join our major client project in Dublin. Candidates must have commercial evergreen IT experience and fully understand the impact on ITIL environment. This is a hands on role, as well as leading a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review of existing ITIL support model and analyse impact of evolving towards an Evergreen IT environment - ensuring that the support of critical business services is maintained
- Devises methods and procedures for collecting, analysing and monitoring data to develop key performance indicators.
- Design a Service Model based on experience and knowledge of Evergreen IT solutions using software defined infrastructure and applications such as Windows 10+, Office 365, MS Teams, etc.
- Design supporting KPIs and metrics to support positions and conclusions.
- Liaises with relevant project and service delivery teams, third party vendors, business representatives where necessary to create a new service design.
- Collate and compile technical information relating to IT Service performance in an Evergreen operating model.
- Review existing documentation to outline the impact of the new Evergreen IT solution on existing ISO20000 standards.

Key Minimum Criteria:

- Must have experience in an ITIL based service design, ITIL qualification and proven experience with the ISO20000 standard.
- Must have experience in Evergreen IT solutions and associated service design and how it impacts ITIL v3 and v4.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience working in an IT role with experience working within small and large teams and across a wide range of technologies.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Hybrid Cloud and Evergreen IT solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery Models.
- Proven track record of facilitating work groups.
- A strong understanding of IT and service Management toolsets with a proven track record in the development of solutions to challenges with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- A strong data analytical capability in Service Management toolsets, including but not limited to Splunk, Remedy, PowerBi & Excel.
- A good working understanding of data structures, analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of day-to-day functional operation of IT Service Management processes and how to support an Evergreen IT environment.

Role will be remote for the time being, but once on-site in Dublin, the client will permit some flex working where possible.
