LPN - Medication Assisted Treatment Dosing Nurse

Community Action Against Addiction is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to provide program participants with medication assisted treatment. Full-Time & part time positions are available.
S kills Required: Assessing client's healthcare needs, possess laboratory skills to include TB testing, venipuncture, urine drug screening, administering EKGs and Breathalyzers. Applicants must hold a Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Certificate and able to administer vaccines.
Basic duties include: Dispensing and administering Methadone or Buprenorphine to program participants, assist with administering Vivitrol injections, and maintain accurate records of dispensed medication, assist with physical examinations and other patient healthcare needs.
Applicants must hold a current LPN license.

Community Action Against Addiction provides the necessary tools to assist individuals successfully recover from their opioid addiction and supporting them in maintaining their sobriety.
