Junior PMO for External Workforce Framework in Basel needed

Background:
We are looking for a junior PMO professional to support an HR lead cross-functional project (HR/IT/Procurement/Legal). The project goal is to shape and implement change management strategies that will help us to develop and deploy the Framework for External Workforce Management at Roche.
In the context of Agility and Digitization, External Workforce is playing an increasingly important role in enabling business agility to respond rapidly to capacity and capability gaps. The External Workforce Framework project will help us to streamline External Workforce processes and will enable a Total Talent strategic approach, contributing to ensuring the availability of talent for the future.
Reporting to the PMO, your responsibilities will be to support the creation and implementation, and monitoring the project planning according to defined budget and project milestones. You will focus on planning, budgeting, cross-functional tasks delivery, monitoring and reporting using project management methodologies and tools.
You will also be the bridge between project leadership and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project, ensuring the scope of the project is sound, and that reporting and scheduling is maintained to ensure the project stays on track. In addition you will work with the different project work streams, as the project has a cross functional nature, involving HR, Procurement, IT and Legal among others. You will also support the project teams and different project work streams in the definition, organization and monitoring of their project activities and tasks. Ultimately, this role will highly contribute to having a talent pipeline that aligns profiles needed now and in the future with business objectives.

Role:
* Monitor project plan
* Coordinate tasks within the different project workstreams and sprints
* Support cross functional deliverables from a general project perspective
* Support tasks and required resources for each project phase, work streams and sprints. Monitor budgets and track deliverables of each workstream and sprint
* Monitor process of issue identification and resolution across the project definition process and implementation
* Support the PMO to bring clarity on objectives of the project team and work-streams members
* Help project team members with the design and development of tasks. Manage all documentation of the project and organize team sessions.
* Supports project leader and change manager when necessary to meet project outputs

You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field and theoretical and practical project management knowledge, including techniques and tools. Strong analytical skills to determine, anticipate and plan project needs and tasks, combined with excellent decision-making capabilities are required. A strong business analysis mindset is expected to enable nimble and flexible movement to support multiple workstreams as needed.

Furthermore, you will bring the following:

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position/in a similar environment
* Understanding of the healthcare industry
* Experience in implementing or managing Contingent/External Workforce
* Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems, VMS and Human Resources software
* Background in procurement and/or IT projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to build long-term relationships and effectively influence
* Conflict resolution, flexibility and resilience
* Proven experience working with cross functional and virtual teams
* Business fluency in written and spoken English language
