Helpdesk Support (L1) - Dutch Speaking

For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 'Helpdesk Support (1st Line)' for a 4-6 month contract position in Amersfoort. Must be Dutch Speaking.
As a 1st line support employee, you are busy accepting and registering questions, wishes, complaints and disruptions. Dealing with this is also part of your duties in some cases. You are very customer-oriented and find it a challenge to provide the internal and external customer with the best possible service. You are also busy with regular reports and developing simple reports for customers. You actively think along with the customer about solving bottlenecks.
Concrete tasks you perform are
- answering the mailbox
- reporting new incidents
- closing and feedback of incidents
- drawing up reports
- Answering questions
- chasing solutions from responsible parties
Finally, you have the following properties
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- Affinity with IT
- Basic knowledge in the field of mortgage processes and the mortgage system
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
