The Compensation Analyst will report to the Corporate Compensation Manager and will have responsibility for merging Director level and above compensation programs, job standardization and aligning pay bands/grade levels. Two companies are merging. One company has 9 pay bands with 250 job titles and the other company has 20 grade levels with 150 job titles. The effort will require standardization and merging into one overall compensation program.
