Client Services Director required to join a Global Technology outsourcing client USA

What are we looking for?

Due to our rapid expansion we are looking for our next Client Services Director. With a background in IT support and extensive consumer experience, as part of our management team, you will monitor, grow and lead the overall performance and targets of the global teams. Your success will be driven from your previous experience of leading support teams of very large global team members. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have complete control to deliver exceptional customer support 24/7 worldwide to a leading global organization.

the role !

We require a key Sales Director - Global to be responsible for overseeing the company's relationship with its main client globally, expanding and the creating more opportunities for new deals and further growth;

    Mentor and develop your team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work;

  • Contribute to client's business growth by identifying new opportunities

  • Maintain a high retention rate, developing long term relationship and exploring opportunities of business growth;

  • Develop process improvements to ensure client satisfaction and lead generation;

  • Ensure that all client requests are executed within assigned service timelines;

  • Perform critical client negotiations for service contracts and costs;Take ownership of business processed which may involve building new or improving current processed and then implementation and maintenance;

  • Manage action planning and implementation of outcomes by ensuring effective reporting is in place;

the candidate

We require a key Director who has experience in business expansion, performance operations and sales growth who has managed up to 3,000 in terms of team size

  • A background in delivering commercial support is critical
  • Exceptional new business and client facing skills;
  • Experience in growing, managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building management style!
  • Strong organizational and planning delivered with a confident and professional manner;

In addition experience leading a support team of at least 3000+ global team members;Excellent soft skills including critical thinking, decision making, conflict resolution, influence and negotiation skills;Committed to self-development and the development of others;
