Sales Director required for a global cloud based integration as a service (iPaaS) solutions provider. This is a PERMANENT role, which will be HOME BASED/REMOTE for the BENELUX region. LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED The salary range is between €150,000 - €250,000 OTE (60/40) UNCAPPED COMMISSION. Gartner have highlighted them as a Magic Quadrant company who are financially stable with strong private investors. My client has been growing and winning new clients and is now expanding into Europe and require a strong sales individual who has experience of signing up new clients and closing deals. The focus area to expand and grow in is the Benelux. My client requires a hunter profile, someone who has experience of winning new business, someone who can start from zero as an individual contributor with the plan to build a team around you. The long term road map provides you to become the Sales Director for Europe. My client requires an individual who sells software solutions into the supply chain/logistics industry. These are mandatory requirements. Covering the Benelux region, my client is ideally looking for someone who speaks English, Dutch, French and Flemish but they can be flexible. Travelling to events, clients and their HQ will be 25-50% of the role. They want people with the ability to work remotely, who are results driven. My client's ethos is to look after their people, on top of uncapped commission is stock options, majority of their staff have equity.
