IT Support Engineer (Webex)

Progeny are currently entering an exciting phase of growth and succession, which has in turn lead to an investment in the expansion of the IT team. As Progeny becomes more technology driven, we are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with knowledge of WebEx to work collaboratively with the IT Manager and take responsibility for maintaining the Company's IT network, serves and security systems.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Support employees with WebEx meetings
  • Provide general hardware and software support to employees
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Progeny team members seeking technical assistance over the phone or in person
  • Undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of variety of problems ranging from straightforward to more complicated technical issues
  • Configure and install new IT equipment and software
  • Networking including AD/DNS + Group Policy

Qualities, skills & attributes

  • Knowledge and extensive experience using WebEx is essential
  • MS Server 2012 + beyond is essential
  • Proven experience using MS 365, SharePoint & Azure
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organisation
  • Proven experience using MS Windows 7 + 10 is essential
  • Highly skilled MS Office suite user
  • Ability to travel and work in different offices as required
