Maintenance Engineers - Debrecen, Hungary - 588,000 HUF monthly

We are pleased to present these new vacancies, working with a leading global Facilities Management service provider. An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 experienced Engineers to join a manufacturing site within the life sciences sector. Reporting to the Site Facilities Manager and in conjunction with the site FM Engineering team, you will be part of the team managing the tactical delivery for the site within the production environment.

Core duties:

Planned Preventative Maintenance
Reactive maintenance/repair/fault finding
Finance/Cost Control/Profitability
Health & Safety

What we are looking for:

Ideal Experience:

Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical, life sciences or manufacturing sector
Experience within a highly regulated facilities management environment
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Knowledge of SSOW
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives (highly desirable)
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Knowledge of critical facilities and an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
Strong Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/Maintenance experience coupled with a recognised professional qualification
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required
Sound understanding and experience of Health & Safety obligations in relation to maintenance activities
Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
Participate in a call out rota
