We are looking for a self-driven individual who can join an IT team that are focused on working with the Business in delivering information and technology solutions to support a function in the Data Science discipline. As part of this role, you will be required to network with leaders to influence decisions in the development of a cohesive strategy; ensuring solutions consider the broader context in terms of company direction and industry. You will also need to have the ability to be delivery focused and looking for rapid solutions that have impact to business.

Due to the current situation, things can change quickly. Due to the environmental factors it is difficult to determine clear timelines for onboarding of candidates coming from either inside or outside of Switzerland. Nevertheless, the location of a candidate will not have an influence on the decision of the Hiring Manager. Focus on this posting will be to find the right person, and the start date will be defined in line with the situation and the availability of a possible candidate.

Ability to take a technical topic and explain to a non-technical person.

Must Haves

Demonstrated expertise with R
Proven experience working as Software Engineer and/or Software Architect and in defining governance processes (SDLC)
Several years of experience working in similar positions with strategic impact, preferably in a regulated environment (eg moving from a role as a Developer into positions with increasing responsibility) (*)
Experience as Program/Project Manager and previous working experience within an AGILE environment (ideally experienced Scrum Master)
Relevant and proven experience in mentoring and supporting project teams on complex OCM journeys related to business transformation
Previous experience, training or certification in specific Change Management Methodology (Prosci) and/or project management Methodology (Agile)
Strong analytical skills combined with conceptual thinking and structured working style
Strong soft skills typically required in stakeholder engagement (empowering people, influencing, negotiation, conflict management)
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
