I am currently looking for a ECommerce Support Consultant for a project within the cosmetics industry in France. My client is a globally renowned brand in the skin-care and cosmetics space and are currently in the process of rolling-out SFCC.

They are looking to add additional support to their team to cope with increase workflows and incidents.

Experience required:

  • ECommerce System Experience (Salesforce CommerceCloud or other system
  • any) L1 L2 Support methodology experience Jira/Atlassian experience for ticketing
  • TagCommander
  • French and English speaking

Contract details:

  • Start date: 6th April
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 6months
  • Rate: Competitive
