Call Agent - 3 months - €13.21 per hour-Sandyford
Your new company
Do you have a passion for customer service and want to work for one if Ireland's most customer focused banks? One of the country's market - leading commercial banks are looking for customer service advisers.
Your new role
You will be a crucial part of an exciting project that will run for initially a three month period. The project will involve a high volume of inbound calls on a topic that you will be very familiar with after your training period. All your incoming calls will be from existing banking customers, and you will be their first point of contact for all queries relating to their accounts. You will receive training when you start so you will learn about the banks services, the bespoke IT systems and of course how to handle the calls. This training will be a mixture of classroom - based learning and peer mentoring, so there is no danger of you being dropped in the deep end on day one!
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working with customers either face to face or over the phone. You'll have to demonstrate a customer focus at interview stage. You will need to boast excellent IT skills and be a fast learner. You will also need to make the education requirement of five passes at leaving cert level to include English and Maths at ordinary level or alternatively hold a completed level 8 honours degree.
