Your new company
Is customer service your passion? Do you want to work for a company who believes their most valuable asset is their customer base? One of the UK and Ireland largest banks is now recruiting for customer service agent to join their team, based in their offices in Swords.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working as part of a team and also independently providing telephone & email support to a branch network assist with Merchants stores who maintain their own machines and whom are key business customers of the Bank. In your new role you will be required to provide a high standard of customer service ensuring responses to customers are of the highest quality.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate in the new role you will need to have strong customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner also you will need to good interpersonal and communication skills. This role an individual with great time management skills and good attention to detail. You will also need to meet the minimum educational requirements of a Leaving Certificate to include English and Maths at ordinary level or a 2:2 level 8 Honours degree.
