Your new role
In your new role you are primarily responsible for providing technical support for a range of clients across Europe. You will be working alongside a team of 11 other highly skilled individuals while working together to resolve customer technical issues through diligent research and troubleshooting.
What you'll need to succeed
Your high level of experience in a similar role will lead to your success in this area. Your strong expertise in supporting mobile devices in essential. Experience working with salesforce, account management and providing premier services would be to your advantage. Your ability to prioritize, self-motivate and work in a high-pressured environment will enable you to carry out this role to the best of your ability.
