Simcorp Application Support/Simcorp Support English Speaking

Skills:

Have a proven track record in managing Simcorp Dimension, ie understand different modules (order manager, asset manager, compliance etc., Back Office modules)

Understand the processes in an asset manager (understand our business), so having worked in the (IT) support department of an asset manager is required.

Have performed upgrades of Simcorp and has supported users in regression testing

Must be able to handle user support request (including creating data extracts etc)

Good people skills, be able to communicate with end users

Duties:

Perform upgrade

Handle user request

Improve monitoring (current project)

Rework setup of SCD (eg adjust previously built extracts based on user request, apply naming conventions, DFS's etc.)

Monitor system performance and availability and improve were possible

Maintain relationship with IT departments

Perform and assist in failover testing etc.

Flexible start date (ie immediate to 3 months notice)

Working for a well established organisation
