For an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a

IT Service Desk Analyst (m/f/d)Start: ASAP/Duration: Quarterly commissions/Location: North Rhine-Westphalia/ProjectID: 4288

Our customer is a renowned financial service provider within a leading global player in the international automotive industry with billions of turnover. As IT Service Desk Analyst you will you will support the existing team in recording and resolving problems/malfunctions of internal customers. For example, you set up user access, manage authorizations and reset passwords.

Your tasks:

  • Technical support in the IT Service Desk for English-speaking contacts via telephone, e-mail or remote desktop
  • Management of all incidents and service requests, troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Assignment of authorizations for Windows 7/10 systems and applications for end users

Your skills:

  • Experience in Help Desk support by phone, e-mail and remote desktop from 1st to 3rd level
  • Experience with ticket and service management systems
  • Project experience from international projects and problem-solving competence
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 7/10 in the support area
  • Knowledge of installation and patching, Active Directory, MS Office 2010/2016/365. SCCM is a real bonus, Airwatch, RSA Secureid token is not so important but great if existing
  • Knowledge of video conferencing systems nice-to-have
  • Solution-oriented work style with a lot of initiative and a friendly nature
  • Open-minded and communicative team player with a confident appearance
  • Very good English knowledge
