What would your day look like?
- Diagnostic and resolution of problems reported by the customers
- Effective communication by ticket, chat or phone
- Detailed documentation of the case
Key to succeed:
- IaaS and SaaS background
- 1+ years of customer experience
- Proven ability to solve complex technical issues
- Linux, windows or VMware.
