Responsibilities:

Working with the given Ticket tool Service Now and company-owned Asset Management Tools
Progressing of Incident and Request Management Tickets according process
Progressing Asset Management Updates according process
Participation at IT Welcome Zone Shift, providing onsite support
Experience with and understanding of other technology domains, methods, etc. and their interactions.
Implementation and coordination of hardware, software, network component installations
Follow-up on hardware, software, network problems and initiation of corrective actions and escalation procedures.
Performing training-/consultancy sessions

Must haves:

3-5 years of experience working in a similar position in a global Matrix organization in a regulated environment
Advanced know how of the Google gSuite and Windows 10 (Know-how in gSuite will be tested during the interview)
Apple iOS knowhow, experience with Mobile Device Management
ITIL Foundation (v2 or higher)
Fluent in written and spoken English and German language
Experience in a customer facing role
Customer friendliness and good communication and presentation skills in English and German
Open minded, flexible personality
Eager to learn & develop
Sophisticated appearance
Teamwork skills

Nice to haves:

Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience with ServiceNow (Ticketing System)
