We are now recruiting for an Energy & Sustainability Lead in London on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our large Financial Services accounts, with the chance to travel globally as well.
You will be required to support the ISS strategic objective to grow and deliver our Energy & Sustainability (E&S) services on our global key account. You will be responsible for driving Sustainability service delivery in different regions, focusing on this key global account and you'll have set KPIs to meet in order to ensure growth in this service line.

•Act as the Global subject matter expert in energy & sustainability
•Develop a regional E&S forum/network to join all those working on this global key account in region developing teams of energy champions both regionally and across country to deliver against specific account objectives.
•Support with new bids for work at global account level and provide responses and suggested resource requirements for E&S - present to clients as required
•Ensure existing contractual requirements are understood and met for E&S services at accounts level.
•Review existing account practice to identify opportunities to broaden and offer E&S services.
•Communicate and champion the global value proposition for energy & sustainability
•Assure best practice and guidance across global portfolio.
•Participate in global energy & sustainability excellence forums, ensure quality improvements and capability gap identification and upstreaming of new practices and tools
•Adapt global guidance and processes to suit country level operations
•Develop training programmes for upskilling site teams to identify further energy opportunities
•Manage Regional teams, tools and systems
•Roll out regional E&S training programme to upskill and engage site teams
•Promote success using regular comms and also apply for external awards, public speaking, etc
•Extensive energy/sustainability management experience
•Commercial model development for E&S services, inclusive of shared savings agreements and Energy Performance Contracts
•Engineering or Sustainability Degree qualification
•Analytical thinking and problem solving
•Good project and programme management skills
•Energy survey/audit skills - preferably with relevant qualification
•Financial skills (business case preparation, DCF, IRR etc) an advantage
