On behalf of our client, a multinational engineering company, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team in Baden, Switzerland.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3-months (internalisation possible)
Languages: Fluency in English. German is an advantage.
Main task: Talent acquisition in accordance with business requirements
- Vacancy management + strategy defining
- Collaboration with external agencies, HR partners and the internal business
- Coordination with selection process and pre-onboarding; offer creation and closing
- Identification of short-term and long-term gaps in talent supply/demand
- Job offer preparation, negotiation, qualification of candidates, advertising, analysis of resumes, etc.
- Relationship Management
- BA or MA in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- 3+ years of Recruitment experience, particularly involving sourcing, possessing good knowledge of the Swiss market
- Customer and service orientated
- Knowledge of Privacy Laws (GDPR)
- IT: CRM, ATS, etc.
