We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager for our office in Varna, Bulgaria.
Supervise and manage the Recruitment Team and their daily operations;
Set goals of the team, monitor performance, and report results;
Develop and implement an action plan to strengthen the team to meet the company's hiring needs;
Work closely with the whole management team to establish hiring goals and adapt the existing hiring processes to meet the Organization's requirements.
Establish effective candidate's recruitment strategy to meet the business hiring demand and expectations;
Direct the recruitment process in the company and ensure its continuous improvement, and usage of innovative recruitment solutions;
Manage the recruiting software and 100% accuracy of the candidate data base following all Data Protection and Privacy requirements;
Perform quality control of the recruitment processes and procedures and ensure company's compliance;
Create and maintain proactive recruiting techniques for recruiting candidates for the needs of the organization and its business lines in IT Outsourcing and Managed Services.
What do you need
5+ years of HR/Recruitment management experience;
Proven work experience (at least 3 years) as a recruiting manager, recruitment consultant, or recruiting coordinator leading a team of recruiters;
Experience with the recruitment processes, candidate selection methods and sourcing channels in IT Outsourcing and Managed services area
Experience working with different tools, including resume databases, Internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
Workforce planning experience
Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
Business and client oriented
Fluent English - verbal and written
