The main job duty is to handle incoming queries and help to solve requests from end users during the production rollout of browser hardening settings and further removal of unsupported web browsers across 45,000+ organization. It's expected that SD Agent will track installations, troubleshoot failures, remote desktop connection and run automated scripts.
