Templeton and Partners BV is looking for First Line Support Team Manager for one of our international clients based in Brussels, Belgium for a duration of 6 months with options of extension.

Project Overview:

  • Manage and organize first-line team

  • Coach to find solution to resolve ASAP the incoming incidents

  • Assist by phone and in remote

  • Help and support internal users to resolve technical issues linked on PC, phone and their peripheral use for office automation devices

  • Follow up and creation of accounts

Skills:

  • ITIL certified

  • Experience in management - coaching of 1st line support team

  • Experience of organization skills

  • Basic knowledge de Microsoft SCCM (System Management Server)

  • Basic knowledge networking et PC & peripheral hardware.

  • Basic knowledge MS Exchange 2010

  • Depp knowledge of Office 2010, Office 2013, Anti-virus software.

  • Deep Knowledge of Operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 10.

  • Curiosity about technological developments in the world of office automation

  • Secondary or Superior education in IT

  • Basic knowledge ITIL
