German speaking IT/Phone Support

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking who can provide IT and Phone Support join the Infrastructure Services team on a 12 month contract.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for operating the existing Infrastructure voice recording - Kofax -application.
  • Support and training and providing 1st level support
  • Assistance in the maintenance of the existing multimedia Infrastructure.
  • Mapping of services in service catalogs.
  • Documentation and time measurement of processes.
  • Monthly KPI reporting.
  • Daily reporting of activities according to the above disciplines (operations,
  • Request fulfillment, transition, incident management, Continual Service Improvement).
  • Constant improvement of our services
  • Achieve service quality and efficiency.

Your skills:

  • Experience in supporting Cisco UC products (Jabber,Webex)
  • Able to support VOIP
  • Experience administering MS Windows Servers and supporting MS Exchange 2016
  • Knowledge of IBM Notes and able to provide support.
