We are looking for a full time Sales Co-ordinator who is organised, enthusiastic and motivated by customer satisfaction.
Following continued exciting business growth Cheeky Chompers are now looking for a new, experienced and energetic member of our team to support our global sales team. Cheeky Chompers is a private company that provides innovative baby products that focuses on making parents and carers lives easier across the globe. The business was launched six years ago and is now a multi-award winning internationally recognised brand, with a strong & established distribution network in over 50 markets around the world.
It's an exciting time at our Edinburgh HQ, having recently secured additional investment capital through our crowdfunding campaign. We are therefore ready to take the company to the next level and have ambitious growth plans for our all our global customer base.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to the global Head of Sales and be responsible for all customer operational requirements. Cheeky Chompers prides itself on industry leading customer service so our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a real passion for best in class customer support, continuous improvement and have deliverable experience to help
us maximise our global sales opportunity.
Demonstrate a best in class customer-centric professional attitude.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries with exceptional customer project management communication.
Communicate with all customers globally through all business to business sales distribution channels e.g retailers and distributors.
Customer business development - Direct telesales and promotional communications.
Drive repeat customer purchases and build customer advocacy.
Acknowledging and resolving customer challenges in line with our brand values.
Processing customer orders, credits, forms, applications, and all internal related requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, processes and requests.
Communicating, coordinating and supporting with all colleagues as necessary.
Departmental champion of continuous customer service improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and own B2B customer service KPI's.
Product knowledge expert and international brand ambassador.Experience
A successful track record working in a similar organization within a customer Service/Customer Operations/Sales Coordinator role. (min 2 years' experience)
Customer telesales or external customer sales management experience essential.
Ideally experience with Amazon and/or other large domestic/international retailers.
Ideally experience/understanding of customer service process development.Skills
Export and retail experience advantageous but not essential
Exceptional communication skills - Internally/Externally
In-depth understanding of customer service management, duties and processes.
Organisational and project management proficiency.
Strong customer and internal team relationship building skills.
Excellent IT literacy - Outlook/Gmail/Excel/Word/PowerPoint expertise.
Comparable CRM system understanding & input management/reporting skills.
International languages (other than English) is an advantage but not essential.
Customer-centric with solutions based attitude.
Ability to cross-sell and up-sell products to increase/maximise customer sales order value.
Team player with hands-on approach to work.
Energetic and enthusiastic.
Results focused and conscientious.

This position is for a full time permanent role, based from our office in the Midlothian Innovation Centre just outside of Edinburgh near Roslin, EH25 9RE.
