Job Description:

SRE Ltd is a well-established and highly regarded independent consultancy providing sustainability and energy advice to developers, architects and contractors on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. The services we offer include BREEAM certification, SAP/SBEM calculations, WELL, Sustainability and Energy Statements, Building Regulation Compliance, Internal Daylight and Overshadowing Studies, Microclimate and Pedestrian Comfort Assessments, Domestic and Commercial Energy Modelling, Thermal Bridging Calculations, Thermal Comfort and Overheating studies and Renewable Energy Feasibility studies.

We are looking for an experienced consultant to lead our Sustainability Team. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role includes expanding our client offering into new and exciting areas of sustainability, improving our client experience and most importantly, investing in the team to ensure everyone is fulfilling their potential. A coaching style of management is integral to how SRE operates and the new Senior Sustainability Consultant will receive training in this area.

Candidates will be expected to have at least 5 years experience within the built environment. Areas of experience may include BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Space and Design, Life Cycle Analysis, Quantity Surveying, Environmental Statements, SAPs, Dynamic Modelling, Building Services, Planning and Right of Light. Candidates should be able to provide sound examples of what they can bring to the team. A relevant degree / qualification is essential.

The job will be full-time, based in our office near Petersfield, Hampshire and the salary will be dependent on experience and ability.
