Head of Change Management - Global IT

Our global end client in Switzerland is now looking for its Head of Change Management for its global IT function, on a permanent basis.
Head of Change Management is a business-critical role accountable for delivering the change and communication elements required for successfully delivering major transformation programmes of the Technology function at a global level.
The role will report at a CIO level through the running of a global change function.
Work at a CIO level on delivering the change and communication elements required for the successful delivery of a global IT transformation initiatives.
Oversee the change elements of the Technology function transformation across all activities, managing and leading within the organisation global Matrix management structure.
Drive the adoption of the IT Change Framework across all transformation initiatives;
Run the global network of change professionals (across programmes, regions and lines of business) to support transformation programmes and other initiatives.
Provide support and guidance to line of business Change/Transformation Leads, working in collaboration to see drive the usage and adoption of the global Change Management Framework
Impeccable presentation, superb communication skills, ability to present at board level of a global company.
Strong and relevant track record of operating within large, complex global organisations, with proven recent experience of managing a change across a portfolio of complex IT Technology transformation programmes
Demonstrates Leadership maturity and a strong ability to collaborate with multiple levels of the business, even at board level presentation, and functional leaders to streamline processes and work towards resolution of challenges, constraints, and roadblocks and leading innovation across operations
Worked for Best in Class Organisations with international exposure having worked with geographically diverse teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts, risks and strategies to senior management in business terms, while being able to discuss detailed technical aspects with experts in the organisation
