SAP PMO Manager

This person is responsible for managing projects and programs towards successful delivery of outcome/product/capability, as per established KPIs. In addition, the SAP Project Manager must provide hands-on support, coaching and guidance to other project managers, support the development of portfolio materials and reports for SC leadership

* At Least one S/4 Implementation
* Experience with a Brownfield Implementation
* Desire and ability to mentor staff and project teams
* Lead multiple projects from business case development to final product delivery
* Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution
* Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans
* Complete project documentation as per PMO best practices and methodology
* Manage issues and risks, including the development of contingency plans
* Manage budget and benefit realization, including risk and opportunity management
* Coordinates projects and interdependencies between the various projects in the program and/or portfolio
* Ensures reporting cadence is followed and communication needs of the project/program are appropriately met
* Performs vendor management as it relates to program/project
* Provides project management advice, leadership, and direction to junior project managers for exceptional delivery
* Collaboratively works with other functions like Finance, Corp Communications, HR, etc towards SC portfolio delivery excellence
* Provide organizational change management expertise to projects and programs.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering (or other related field)
* 10+ years' experience in Global Project Management
* 10+ years of experience as a project manager of large and complex projects/programs
* 3+ years of experience in consulting
* 3+ years of experience in organizational change management
* Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies
* Experience managing budgets and benefit realization
* Ability to make data gathering specific and relevant
* Ability to interact positively with a diverse group of individuals and recognize key stakeholders and develop tactics to effectively implement change
* Authentic curiosity and learning agility to deeply understand business needs
* Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
* Consultative skills, such as workshop facilitation, synthesize information into presentations with actionable recommendations, and business case development
* Must be independent, self-motivated and detailed oriented
* Manufacturing and/or Food and Beverage industry experience preferred but not required
* PMP Certification (or other recognized project management curriculum) preferred
