ERP Software Implementation Specialist

My client, an international ERP Software firm is looking for a senior level implementation specialist/consultant. Due to growth and expansion, my client is looking for a true hands-on project manager who will take charge of the implementation from the sales team and deliver to their clients end users, support staff.
An ideal candidate would be someone from the operations end of the business, such as Plant Controller, IT Director, or Operations Manager from multi-plant process manufacturing companies who has used ERP Systems and would like to take those talents and their careers into a new progressive path
Or a candidate who has done full-life cycle implementation of ERP Systems into process manufacturing companies.

- You will work with end clients from the very beginning to develop and maintain the implementation project plants.
- Review business processes, requirements of the client, analyze their needs
- Install, integrate and test software
- Configure and customize software specifically for clients use
- Training users in various settings from onsite sessions to webinars
I am looking for someone with a strong personality
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with users from plant floor to C-Level
This is a hands-on PM/Implementor position
Must have a Bachelors' Degree, Masters a plus
This position could be home based anywhere across US, preference to Southern and Eastern portions of US
Some travel 20%
