Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Division) Location: Heywood Salary: Basic; circa: £22K-25K(depending on previous experience) Proman is currently developing a UK network and this is creating new opportunities for talented individuals seeking positions of influence and responsibility. Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Division) What do we offer? You may also work on some contract/ temporary roles if required. You will be joining a very well-established team with a strong client data base and good reputation in a particular vertical market. The role, however will still require you to develop the market further and the candidate will be required to work with vacancies coming from both existing and new clients. Your main responsibilities will include… Developing effective working relationships with existing and new customers Managing the recruitment cycle from attracting candidates to placement with the client Assessing and evaluating candidates Achieve or exceed targets and objectives Preparing candidates CVs, Job Specifications, Adverts and other paper work required Presenting candidates to clients with recommendation and supporting evidence Assigning candidates to permanent and temporary positions Rates negotiations with the clients Daily review of new applicants and searching for potential candidates by using Internet based sources Communicating with both existing and new clients including arranging and attending clients’ visits to understand requirements and negotiate fees The Candidate Successful candidates will have the following skills, experiences and attributes… Previous recruitment experience would be a distinct advantage OR strong background in business development/ sales role Professional telephone manner and appearance Excellent standard of spoken and written English Must have an engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust An ambitious and competitive nature Confident, money motivated, results driven, determined, outgoing with engaging personality Full driving licence and ideally own transport is required as the role will involve occasional travel to clients’ meetings Excellent work ethic Excellent computer skills Must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects PROMAN acts as an employment agency for permanent staff and an employment business for temporary workers.
