Bilingual Export Customer Support Administrator (Spanish/Italian)

We are looking for an Export Customer Sales Support Administrator to work within a customer service team, ideally someone who has Export Sales Order Processing experience along with all relevant paperwork including Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, Customers Documentation etc. Fluency in Spanish or Italian desirable but not essential.
Proven experience working in a customer service environemnt in a high volume manufacturing facility is also required along with well developed written and oral skills, ability to plan and work effectively under pressure. Highly organised with CRM experience and a flexible approach to work.
In return our client is looking to offer a generous basic salary plus a non guaranteed bonus potential of 10%, this is a full time role working Monday to Friday 7.30am yo 4pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
