Resource Planning Manager (IT)

The Resource Planning Manager role is part of the PMO Team based within Change. The role purpose is to plan and manage the demand matching and capacity management of resources across 300 people within the Change Organisation.

The Resource Planning Manager will be involved in working across the organisation to assess future demand opportunities and ensure that there is enough capacity to deliver work effectively.

Working closely with the Recruitment Team, the Resource Planning Manager will ensure that there are clear and joined up plans to ensure supply levels an mix is optimised.

The Resource Planning Manager will work with Change Financial Business Partners and Clients, so excellent communication skills are essential.

The successful Resource Planning Manager will have the following experience:

Previous background in managing resources and planning
An excellent understanding of change and IT function
Reporting and analytics experience
Experience of working in a Waterfall environment
Experience of managing co-located and virtual teams
Excellent experience with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word)

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, experience in Financial Services and/or an outsourcing environment would be advantageous.


In you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus a profit related bonus scheme, 24 days annual leave and life assurance of four times your salary. On completion of the probationary period you can join the group pension plan and obtain up to a 6% match contribution into your pension plan.
