Vitaflo (International) Ltd are currently looking to recruit a HR Manager to join our team in Liverpool on a full-time, permanent contract. Reporting directly into the Global Head of HR you will be responsible for managing a small team, providing an excellent service to managers and employees globally in order to drive both HR operations and key strategic HR projects and initiatives. Behind our pioneering company are people who drive breakthroughs in research and development, creating innovative impact.   Our employees are at the heart of what we stand for with 96% saying they are proud to work for us and 94% recommending Vitaflo as a good place to work.  Key responsibilities of our HR Manager: - Contribution to the execution of the HR business plan - End to end management of talent acquisition including the aligning of resourcing strategies to suit business needs - Ownership, management and development of UK transactional HR actions and processes  - Through the employee life cycle, coach and develop people managers by upskilling awareness and understanding of HR processes - Leverage own strengths to develop the HR function - Deliver learning and development initiatives in line with the HR business plan - Connect with internal Nestlé teams to share HR best practices and ways of working that positively contribute to the Vitaflo organisation  - Driving a regular review of the organisations policy needs to ensure legal compliance and adherence whilst ensuring consistency throughout the business  - Leading and supporting on HR projects  - Ensuring a regular review of specific HR practices to identify opportunities for functional improvement - Coaching and development of x2 HR Administrators and x2 Business Support Receptionists Skills and Experience required by our HR Manager: - Have a passion for building a strong HR brand  - Build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels - Coach and develop people managers - Have strong communication and interpersonal skills - Provide HR operational assistance - Uphold a solid understanding of employment legislation  - Have working knowledge of information systems including Microsoft packages and Skype for business - Be CIPD qualified or equivalent  - Be degree educated or equivalent (ideally within an HR related discipline) - Have a proven track record of continued professional development Benefits of becoming our HR Manager: - Competitive salary - Discretionary bonus scheme - 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down (with the option to buy or sell annual leave)  - Employer pension contribution (3% rising to 5% then matched up to a maximum of 10%).
