CRM Telephony Project Manager

My client is currently recruiting for a CRM Telephony Project Manager on a permanent basis in Cork, Ireland.

The CRM and telephony applications are used for a variety of functions including identifying all of our customers, the products they have and when they bought them, technical case tracking, service and repairs, sales, opportunities and routing calls.

Key Responsibilities:
*has proven experience in managing and understanding technical projects
*has proven experience in communicating and reporting projects updates including status, timelines/roadmap, risks and issues
*has proven experiences in driving task completion
*has proven experience working with engineers
*is strong at driving cross functional teams
*can get things done
*has good soft skills - communication and relationship building
*ideally also has experience as a BA as some skills overlap
*experience in contact centre voice technology is a distinct advantage

Tasks Include:
*Project Managing identified global Contact Centre Technology projects - including defining timelines, on time delivery, on budget delivery, coordination across SSG/tracks, driving tasks to completion, stakeholder management, driving communication strategy, risk management, test and QA, implementation and warranty
*partnering with the EMEIA Technical and Program Leads to delivery identified projects in EMEIA
*understanding functional and technical changes associated with the identified projects being managed from EMEIA
Some Business Analyst tasks will also be required as needed
*Working with the EMEIA team to partner with the EMEIA Contact Centres and support business needs. This may involve analysis, functional support, testing support and release go live and warranty support
*representing EMEIA in global IS&T and business forums
*Working with business users to troubleshoot and validate reported issues. Liaising with Production Support team to ensure non-critical issues are effectively worked to completion
This role is paying a salary bracket of £55,000 to £60,000 dependent upon experience along with benefits.
