Job Summary

Works cooperatively with the office manager to provide general secretarial functions that contribute to the smooth operation of the office, and delivery of quality service to clients including general reception and clerical duties, filing, data input, typing correspondence, maintaining client charts, and greeting clients and other visitors.

- Minimum 1 year experience in a secretarial position preferred

- High school graduate or equivalent

- Excellent keyboarding skills and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel

- Accuracy and proficiency in data entry
